Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of campagain.nl, operated by Camp Again B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number: 42006712). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General
By using our platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Parties
Platform:
Camp Again (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Renter:
The person placing the rental order (“you”, “your”).
3. Payment, Deposit Authorization, and Pricing
All bookings must be paid online in advance.
Camp Again does not require a security deposit. However, these Terms and Conditions apply in cases where items are not returned or are returned in poor condition.
All prices include VAT. Camp Again reserves the right to correct pricing errors at its sole discretion, including the cancellation of affected bookings if necessary.
4. Condition of Rental Items
All rental items are professionally cleaned, inspected, and maintained before each rental period to ensure optimal quality and functionality.
5. Damage, Misuse, and Loss
You are required to report any damage, accidents, or technical issues immediately by contacting us at info@campagain.nl.
Normal signs of use (such as minor scratches) are considered acceptable. However, misuse or significant damage may result in a charge of up to 50% of the current market value of the item.
In the event of total loss or theft, 100% of the item’s current market value will be charged. In case of theft, you must provide evidence that the product was being used responsibly or stored securely, such as a police report or supporting photographs.
6. Cleaning Policy
Standard cleaning is included in the rental price.
Items returned with excessive dirt, improper packaging, or requiring extraordinary cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee of €25.
7. Limitation of Liability
Camp Again B.V. shall not be held liable for personal injury or damage to third parties resulting from improper use of rental items, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Camp Again B.V.
8. Data Protection
We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
10. Changes to the Terms
Camp Again reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
11. Cancellation and Modification of Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the rental period start: free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours before the rental period start: 80% cancellation fee.
Removing items from an existing booking is subject to the same cancellation policy. Additional items may be added at any time, subject to availability.
